About the event

Trusted Economy Forum CommonSign 2025 is the next edition of the unique onsite conference where experts, business practitioners, service providers, and public administration representatives

 

Meet to discuss:

Electronic identification (digital onboarding, KYC, AML) and identity wallets (e.g., mObywatel);

Trust services – business and technological development of trust services (electronic signatures, e-Delivery, electronic attribute confirmation, electronic validation, e-Archiving);

Digital transformation – using business digital identity, trust services, signature platforms and other digital tools to optimize business processes;

Regulatory changes – at the Polish and European level (European Digital Identity Framework / eIDAS 2.0, NIS 2 / National Cybersecurity System) impacting the digital market.

Development of digital public services – digitization of public and local government administration as well as the education and healthcare sectors, including in the context of using funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan.

This year, the emphasis of our presentations, debates, and discussions will be on:

  • a new digital identity ecosystem that is being created ne the European Digital Identity Portfolio;
  • business use of trust services as a safeguard for digital transactions in the business processes of companies and public administration.

2024 Edition

The previous edition of the event in 2024 was highly rated by the market due to its effective networking and high substantive level. The conference was attended by 200 people from over ten countries, including Italy, Armenia, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, in addition to Poland.
In 2025, we are planning a series of expert presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. We are preparing a highly engaging and content-rich agenda, addressing current and key topics in the European trust services market.
